Rodnesha Ross – Founder at Youth Community Agency
Born in Detroit, MI, Ms. Ross was inspired by her stepfather to pursue photography at a very young age.
She was granted an internship with the Detroit Free Press Newspaper at the age of fifteen and everything transpired from there! Soon after this internship, Ms. Ross was hired as the youngest full-time photographer to be on staff!
After graduating from high school she moved to Chicago to attend Columbia College to chase her dreams! Shortly after college and a few internships, Ms. Ross traveled back to Detroit to establish her business in the area of arts.
The first company she established was Mogul Life Inc., which focuses on small business solutions is the parent company of Pray Hustle Slay, Youth Community Agency, and publisher for her first book entitled, “Confessions of Restoration,” which is a book of testimonies to motivate and help navigate others through things in life we experience.

Trenity Dobbey – Life Coach at T3 Life Coaching
Trenity K. Dobbey has over 10 years of professional experience. Ms. Dobbey currently works at the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center where she manages the city-wide and surrounding area response unit to allegations of child sexual and physical abuse.

Roderique McClain, is an author, police Officer, active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., and the 100 Black Men of Chicago.
He has a BA from Cumberland College, an MBA from St. Xavier University and is the founder of Rod Speaks.
